Brink

This new game that was released in May 10. This game is a first person shooter that allows you to pick and choose what weapons you use, what type of person you are going to be, what body wieght you are, and a few other things including abilities and other stuff. This game is about a large island that is man made that is falling apart and you have the choice of ecsaping the island or saving it, in the end you have to do both so it dosent really matter. This video game is introducing a new technology in the game play called SMART technology. This stands for Smooth Movemnet Across Random Terrain. This will allow the gamer to jump off walls, slide across stuff, and a hole bunch of other stuff.  

Justin Bieber a "Brat"

For a CSI show they got Justin to be interviewed by the "CSI" investigators in the show. Marg Helenberger decided to put her own opinon on this teen pop star by calling him a brat. She was curios on if the kid was brought in just to bring up the rating for that 1 show or if he acutylly had potentiol. This was his first acting role played and Marg said he did pretty good and was pretty nice to her. The reason she said he was a brat was beacuse the time he was at the production site he locked one of the producers in a closet and then "put his fist through a cake that was on the cast's table." I honestly dont really like him but i would have to say that im jelouse of all the money he makes hahah. If he really did do this then I deffently would have called him out and probaly called him more then a brat. But if he didnt then thats kind of messed up that she would say that, everbody is always trying to find things to call him out on probably just because he is a pretty successful teenager.    

Prom

Prom was alright. The dj did his job and didnt try to any moves with any of our students so thats good. He played some good songs and not like lame stuff. The decoration came out pretty good it :). They had poker tables, i never got to play but that was pretty cool. I would deffently say that the juniors did pretty good with the decorations. I think everybody that went had fun, i havent heard anything bad about it. The Vegas theme was pretty good.

Eye Scanner security bot thing

This scanner thing will be the very near future securtiy desk. Have you ever seen those mocies where a scanner wll scan somones eye to idenitfy them? Well they already have the idea made up and it kinda sounds like they are already have them being manufactured and selling thme but i am not sure. This identifaction device could speed upthe time it takes for people to get where need to be going. Instead of going to the securtiy desk and the security officer having to identifiy you (which could take a few minutes) you could just get your eye scanned and be in. Also this device would take away the need for a security officer. You dont have to pay a machine. What kind of technologgy would you like to see in the future?   Sorry for no picturre the article didnt have picuters.

The Radiation levels in Japan

The radiaton in Japan from that nuclear power plant is pretty bad. Japan's goverment punish people that get into a 12.4 mile radius of the power plant. A journalist entered this radius equiped with a filtration mask and a dosimeter (detects radition levels) to see how bad the radition levels where, 1 mile away from the Daiichi plant his dosimeter read  112 microsieverts per hour of radition. I honestly dont know of thats a lot but in this article it says that one of his helper guys said "This looks a little dangerous" so im guessing that its kinda bad. Also any amont of nuclear radition is bad fo ryou anyway so 112 microsieverts cant be to good. Some people are saying that this raditation could possible end up in the air and water of our American beaches. What do you think about all this radition entering the ocean?

Surgical Robots

In this picture a Surgical Robot makes a paper plane that is almost as small as a penny. This gets me to thinking about the many health improvemnents that will be in the future.

In the picture the right is what some people predict the nano technogly will be like in the future. This nano thing is inserted into the blood stream to cure dieses or other things from the inside. I think this stuff is crazy ecspically after seeing all the movies about technology taking over I could totally see these little things taking over our body and contolling it haha.. The future will probaly have many new things for us and to see. What do think the future will have in store for us?

Crysis 2 is AWESOME!!

                   This game is like so epic and i dont excatly know when it came out but it has just recently came out. This game is about a marine that has a near death experenice and ends up on a beach with a black guy that has a sick a** suit on and he gives you it to the marine to servive and then the black guy kills himself. The suit was a one of a kind suit and everyone wants it. So during the game the military is after you to get the suit and then they end up be-friending you to help kill some crazy a** aleins. So the campaign is really epic and the mulitplayer is just as awesome. This game is a first person shooter that involves awesomeness. This suit has the ability to turn you invisible and help you servive a $h!t load of damage. In my opinon this game is deffently worth buying, do you agree?

Johnny Knoxville may be one of the stars for the next Three Stroges

'Jackass' funnyman Johnny Knoxville is a top contender for the role of Moe Howard in Peter and Bobby Farrelly's modern update of 'The Three Stooges,' and Knoxville is interested in the coveted part, according to Variety. The movie, which the brothers had been developing for years at MGM before Fox took it over, is now moving full-steam ahead. I dont really kno the guy as a actor but i know on jackass hes pretty daring and will do a lot of crazy stuff. This movie is suppose t o be a physical comedy so i do think that he would do a really good job as acting. Jim Carrey was orginally going to be the star of the movie but he was told that he needed to gain 80lbs. He does not want to gain that much wieght so he declined the part. One other guy that was orginally suppose to play a part didnt want to. So currently they are looking for two people. Johnny Knoxville could possibly playimg a part in this movie. 

Kanya Wests music video to the song "Monster" banned by MTV?

Kanye West fans might have to pop open a new browser if they're looking to watch his video for 'Monster.' The clip, which leaked to the Internet in December, has been banned by MTV after feminist groups started a petition claiming that the video perpetuates violence against women and glamorizes misogyny.

The controversial visuals, which depict deceased women next to rappers Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj, is yet to surface as an official version, though it's got feminist bloggers heated. Activists Sharon Haywood and Melinda Tankard Reist spearheaded a petition demanding that Universal Music Group and MTV pull the clip, nabbing over 1,600 signautres via Change.org.

This article was posted on http://www.theboombox.com/2011/03/07/kanye-west-monster-video-banned/ and it bascially says that MTV wants to ban this video for being to violent against women. But the rest of this article states that MTV is not going to ban it inless the BoomBox does not make the proper edits that MTV wants made to let the video be shared on their tv station or website. I think that the video should be banned from MTV if they dont want that kind of violence shown on thier stuff, beacuse they have the right to do that but i dont think it should be banned from everything. If MTV wants it edited and Kanya West wants it on MTV then he should edit it and if he dosent then get rid of it.

Gears of War 3 and my opinon

So I dont know when this epic game comes out but the beta comes out in April for Gears of War 3. If you have ever played GoW online you would know that it is epic and I think it is a very competive game. Not only is the competive online game play awesome but the campaign is pretty good to. A little about this game is that it is a third person shooter, very gory, and a lot of fun. This game is only for Xbox 360 though so people that have ps3s are going to be S.O.L.

My opinion on movies that are in theaters now

The first movie that i will talk about is Unknown. This movie is about a man waking up after he is in a coma to find out that his identity has been stolen. I think this movie could possible be good it matters how hte put the story all together. The next one is Gnomeo and Juliet. This movie is another movie about the famous play that Shakespeare wrote "Romeo and Juliet." I personally hate the play just because I can barely undersatnd what they are talking about most of the time, but I do know that a lot of people apreciate and enjoy this movie if their into that old litature stuff. The last movie i will discuss is I Am Number Four. This movie is about a guy that was born with powers and abilties that other people dont posess. I kinda like these kind of movies if they are made good enough. There are many new movies that are in theaters and ones that are coming out bur i only did these three.

Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike map pack

The new maps have come out for the Xbox 360 and they are prettty good maps. There is 4 mulitplayer maps Kowloon (sorry if i spelled that wrong) it is taken place on roof tops in like China or somthing and i think that it is a good map with a lot of places you can go. Another map is Discovery it is taken place at where ever the Northern Lights idk where they are at, this map is pretty cool because it has destructive enviorment with the breakable bridges. The third map is Berlin Wall which i hate because their is a lot of places that people hide and yeah but it is pretty cool because it has automatic turrets that cover a section of the map that you can get past but its pretty hard. Then the last multiplayer map is Stadium which is a pretty small map that has very little spots to hide. They came out with the 1 new Zombies map that is called Ascension this map includes 2 new perks and 2 new wepons and i think this new map is a little more difficult then the older ones, they also have zombie monkey things that steal your perks and i deffently like this zombie map better then all the others.

Legalizing Marijuana

I do agree that marijuana should be completelty legal and not just for medical reasons. First of all people are getting the drug any way mine as well put a tax stamp on it and sell it at a store. The money from marijuiana would help us with or debt so much and give the goverment much more money. We already use a good amount of money to try and stop marijuana, so if we legalized it we would be gaining money instead of losing money. We could also use it to make paper. We cut down many trees every year and use them to make paper so if we used marijuana to make paper then we wouldnt have to waste tress. We can also make fabrics out of hemp. Many people say its bad for you and i think that cigerettes and alchol are bad for you to and we still sell that. So i think that they should just put an age limit on it and sell away.
